Yoga Classes

The Little Yoga House is a home for every women’s journey and we have a wide range of weekly group classes for Pregnancy, Mum’s & Babies and Busy Women. Whether you are new to yoga or have stepped on the mat many times you will be so welcome.

Studio classes run with Tara and her guest teachers at the studio in East Belfast.

If you are unable to attend a weekly class we have our specialist On Demand classes with Tara in Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth Preparation & Menopause available for your to download from the comfort of your own home.

1:1 Sessions/ Corporate Yoga and Yoga for Children in Schools and Nurseries are all available with Tara. Send me an email I would love to hear from you.

  • As a mum of 3 and a Doula I have been emersed in supporting women and their families through Pregnancy and Birth for the last 12 years across Northern Ireland.

    What you can expect in Tara’s Pregnancy Yoga classes;

    Yoga to support your pregnant body and create space for optimal positioning of baby, breathing techniques, birth preparation chats, peer support from other like minded women and yoga and movement strategies for birth.

    Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby and are beneficial for whatever birth you hope to have.

    We have 2 classes each week -

    • Mondays @ 7pm

    • Tuesdays @ 6.30pm

  • Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be accepted just as you are.

    Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal until baby is mobile. With yoga to regain strength and ease tension for mums and yoga to support development for babies.

    We have two classes each week -

    • Tuesdays @ 11.30am

    • Thursdays @ 10.30am

  • Our Women's Yoga classes offer you a space to support you just as you are with breathing, yoga, somatics, and relaxation. Aromatherapy is diffused throughout the class and our sessions are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.

    We have 2 classes each week -

    • Mondays @ 8.30pm

    • Tuesdays @ 8pm

  • Maybe joining a group class feels intimidating or overwhelming. Tara offers 1:1 Bespoke Yoga or Somatics sessions at a time that suits you @ The Little Yoga House.

  • Tai Chi, Qigong and Traditional Chinese Kung Fu classes for the neurodivergent community.

    We have two classes each week -

    • Thursdays @ 7pm

    • Thursdays @ 8pm

  • Prepare for birth with Tara and Nicole who have over 30 years of combined expertise in pregnancy, birth, and newborn care across Northern Ireland. Tara as a Doula and Nicole as a former Midwife.

    Our Born Through Yoga Online Programme blends evidence‑based birth preparation with the grounding practices of yoga. You’ll learn effective breathing techniques, movement for labour, hypnobirthing tools, and what to expect throughout pregnancy and birth within the Northern Ireland maternity system. We also guide you through the early days of parenting, helping you feel informed, confident, and supported from bump to baby.

On Demand Programmes

  • A gentle and supportive yoga series to carry you through your fertility journey. With tailored sequences for each phase of your cycle and two bonus practices for anytime movement, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re feeling energised or needing rest. Expect grounding breathwork, space-making postures and nurturing practices. Pause, adapt and return whenever you need—it’s all here for you.

  • This series is your space to reconnect, rebalance and feel held during the transitions of menopause. Each practice targets a key theme—whether it’s hormonal balance, brain fog, hot flushes, stress or sleep. You’ll learn how to move with compassion and intention, using breath and movement to regulate the nervous system and restore ease in your body. These practices are short, accessible and deeply nourishing—your pause button in a busy world.
