Yoga Classes
The Little Yoga House is a welcoming space supporting every stage of a woman’s journey. We offer specialist yoga classes in East Belfast for pregnancy, mums and babies, and busy women, with a warm and inclusive environment for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Alongside our weekly studio classes with Tara and guest teachers, we provide on-demand yoga programmes in fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, and menopause so you can practise at home, at your own pace.
We also offer personalised 1:1 sessions, corporate yoga, and yoga classes for schools and nurseries. Get in touch to find the right class for you.

As a mum of 3 and a Doula I have been emersed in supporting women and their families through Pregnancy and Birth for the last 12 years across Northern Ireland.
What you can expect in Tara’s Pregnancy Yoga classes;
Yoga to support your pregnant body and create space for optimal positioning of baby, breathing techniques, birth preparation chats, peer support from other like minded women and yoga and movement strategies for birth.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby and are beneficial for whatever birth you hope to have.
We have 2 classes each week -
Mondays @ 7pm
Tuesdays @ 6.30pm

Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be accepted just as you are.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal until baby is mobile. With yoga to regain strength and ease tension for mums and yoga to support development for babies.
We have two classes each week -
Tuesdays @ 11.30am
Thursdays @ 10.30am

Our Women's Yoga classes offer you a space to support you just as you are with breathing, yoga, somatics, and relaxation. Aromatherapy is diffused throughout the class and our sessions are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.

Join Tara, an experienced Doula and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with over 12 years of supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, for a practical, hands-on birth preparation workshop designed for you and your birth partner.
Learn and practise five simple yet powerful labour comfort techniques that can help you feel calmer, more confident and better prepared for birth.
This is an interactive experience where you'll practise each tool together, so when labour begins, you'll already know what works for you.
During the workshop you'll explore:

🪮 Comfort comb techniques for focus and pain management

Prepare for birth with Tara and Nicole who have over 30 years of combined expertise in pregnancy, birth, and newborn care across Northern Ireland. Tara as a Doula and Nicole as a former Midwife.
Our Born Through Yoga self paced online programme blends evidence‑based birth preparation with the grounding practices of yoga. You’ll learn effective breathing techniques, movement for labour, hypnobirthing tools, and what to expect throughout pregnancy and birth within the Northern Ireland maternity system. We also guide you through the early days of parenting, helping you feel informed, confident, and supported from bump to baby.
