I started my Yoga journey while attending Tara’s YogaBellies classes with my 2nd child Niamh. I am now the proud mum of 3 gorgeous kids and have a real interest in Pregnancy, Birth and Babies. I qualified as a YogaBellies teacher in 2017 and now work alongside Tara teaching in the studio on Thursdays.

I love all things pregnancy and birth and I specialise in body work and movement for birth!

I help my clients have a healthy and active pregnancy so that they can look forward to giving birth to their babies with joy and anticipation. 

I have been an aromatherapist since 2001 and was a midwife for 18 years. Yoga informs all of my work with my pregnant clients (and my life in general 😊)and I am a Hatha Yoga & HypnoBirth Teacher, too. 

Essentially birth sessions are intimate and personalised aroma massage treatments combining pregnancy yoga with aromatherapy massage. This can address pregnancy aches and pains, support your baby’s positioning or it can be a special treat. 

Nicole works  in ‘The Snug Room’ in the studio throughout the week.

I am the owner of A Luxurious Experience Belfast and have always had a passion for massage from a very young age, after finishing school I went to gain my qualification in Beauty Therapy, Reflexology, Crystal Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head and Pregnancy Massage, and intend to add more qualifications to my list.

My goal is to tailor the client’s experience based on initial interview information, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure the client’s comfort and satisfaction. I am mindful of the overall experience – using only the finest oils and lotions. Lighting, music and decor are used in the room to complete the comfortable environment and enhance the client’s overall massage experience.

With over 13 yrs experience, I have massaged different types of people from children to sports athletes, so what ever treatment you receive you will be in great hands.

Andrea is the owner of Seven Crystals Holistic.

I have always been drawn to working with energy,  sensing and exploring it intuitively since childhood, and I began my professional path in this  field in 2021 in Belfast (after transitioning from a completely different professional  background). 

As a holistic mental coach and spiritual teacher, my calling is to teach, guide, and illuminate  the path for others, supporting them in discovering their own power and awareness. I fulfill  this purpose through energy work, education, sharing knowledge, and creating a space  where others can grow independently, in alignment with themselves and their own path. 

My main areas of focus include Usui Reiki, Psychic Reiki, Access Bars, Seichem, Sound  Healing and Crystal Healing (lithotherapy). I offer treatments but also, I support and guide  people in learning how to work independently with energy — from the very basics to  advanced levels — and in developing and working with their own natural abilities. As a  Master Teacher, I also offer Reiki courses (all levels), crystal courses, and workshops  related to energy work, as well as facilitate Reiki circles, Awakened Souls Circles, Sound  Baths and other occasional and recurring gatherings and events. 

I work on Fridays and Saturdays in The Cosy Snug with treatments and in The Studio for events and circles.
