  • A gentle and supportive yoga series to carry you through your fertility journey. With tailored sequences for each phase of your cycle and two bonus practices for anytime movement, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re feeling energised or needing rest. Expect grounding breathwork, space-making postures and nurturing practices. Pause, adapt and return whenever you need—it’s all here for you.

  • This series is your space to reconnect, rebalance and feel held during the transitions of menopause. Each practice targets a key theme—whether it’s hormonal balance, brain fog, hot flushes, stress or sleep. You’ll learn how to move with compassion and intention, using breath and movement to regulate the nervous system and restore ease in your body. These practices are short, accessible and deeply nourishing—your pause button in a busy world.

  • Thank you for all the support in your Mum & Baby classes, you are so passionate about empowering women and you have helped me more than you know through both lockdowns. I will miss our Wednesday mornings so much but look forward to starting ladies classes when the studio re-opens.
