Yoga Classes in Belfast

Our Classes

The Little Yoga House is a home for every women’s journey and we have a wide range of weekly group classes whether you are new to yoga or have stepped on the mat many times.

Studio classes run with Tara and her guest teachers at the studio in East Belfast.

  • As a mum of 3 and a Doula I have been emersed in supporting women and their families through Pregnancy and Birth for the last 12 years across Northern Ireland.

    What you can expect in Tara’s Pregnancy Yoga classes;

    Yoga to support your pregnant body and create space for optimal positioning of baby, breathing techniques, birth preparation chats, peer support from other like minded women and yoga and movement strategies for birth.

    Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby and are beneficial for whatever birth you hope to have.

    We have 3 classes each week -

    • Mondays @ 7pm

    • Tuesdays @ 6.30pm

    • Wednesdays @ 6.30pm

  • Maybe joining a group class feels intimidating or overwhelming. Tara offers 1:1 Bespoke Yoga or Somatics sessions at a time that suits you @ The Little Yoga House.

  • Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be accepted just as you are.

    Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal until baby is mobile with yoga to regain strength and ease tension for mums and yoga to support development for babies.

    We have three classes each week -

    • Mondays @ 11am

    • Tuesdays @ 11.30am

    • Thursdays @ 10.30am

  • Our Women's Yoga classes offer you a space to support you just as you are with breathing, yoga, somatics, and relaxation. Aromatherapy is diffused throughout the class and our sessions are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.

    We have 3 classes each week -

    • Mondays @ 8.30pm

    • Tuesdays @ 8pm

    • Wednesdays @ 8pm

  • Tai Chi, Qigong and Traditional Chinese Kung Fu classes for the neurodivergent community.

    We have two classes each week -

    • Thursdays @ 7pm

    • Thursdays @ 8pm

  • I’ve been to Tara from TTC, pregnancy and postpartum for yoga and reflexology. She is a clear expert in what she teaches, she creates a calm and relaxing environment and the best person to help any mum on her journey.
